Education: Master’s of Science in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling, from Emporia State University, KS. Bachelor's of Fine Arts in Art Therapy from Avila University, MO.

Special Expertise: Guiding teens that struggle with social anxiety. Motivating career driven women on work life balance. Additional training in Pre-Menstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD). Veterans, I am a veteran so I get it. Helping individuals with rare disabilities reprocess pain management (coming 2027 I will be certified in Pain Reprocessing Therapy!) The LGBTQIA+ community, and so many others.

Experience: Ten years of working in non-profit, state, and federal agencies advocating for people with disabilities.

Family: Steven, my husband. two rambunctious Australian shepherds, named Autumn and Pumpkin. Also, Luna a sassy little black cat.

Hobbies: Hiking, Snowshoe, and Paddle Boarding with the Aussies. Exploring hot springs and camping with my husband. Oil & Watercolor Painting.
